If you believe a domain using our network is involved in copyright infringement, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other abusive activity, please send a simple email to: malakmadzeweb@gmail.com
Please write the abusive domain name directly in the email body. A simple message is enough, for example:
There is abusive content on example.com. Please block access to this domain on your network.
Please do not send the domain only inside a PDF, screenshot, ZIP file, or other attachment. Our automated system reads the email body, so the domain name must be written clearly in plain text.
Incoming abuse and DMCA emails are processed by our AI-assisted automation system. The system reads the email, identifies the reported domain, checks whether it is associated with infrastructure announced by our network, and automatically sends the required filtering commands to our firewall routers when applicable.
When the automation is triggered correctly, network-level filtering is normally applied within approximately one hour after we receive your email. After that, you may clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window and test the domain again.
Reported abusive domains are permanently stored in our abuse database. We do not remove them after processing, and they remain under continuous monitoring.
If a previously reported domain later appears on another IP address within our network, our monitoring system can detect it again and re-apply the appropriate firewall filtering.
MalakMadze / AS199242 operates as an IP address lessor and Layer 3 network operator. We do not own or manage customer websites, hosting accounts, domain registrations, DNS services, or website content. Our role is to apply network-level mitigation when abusive domains are identified on infrastructure using our network resources.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by abusive activity involving resources connected to our network.
